When you submit the final form, MakeHouse receives your name, email address, phone number, chosen goal, available pace and request for personal-branding follow-up. These details are stored in MakeHouse’s private Netlify Forms dashboard so MakeHouse can review and respond to your enquiry.

Your other quiz answers and full report are calculated in your browser. We do not include them in the form submission, report address or enquiry draft. The page does not save them in browser storage. Refreshing or restarting clears the information held by the page, but does not delete a request you have already submitted to Netlify.

Netlify hosts the website and processes technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to provide the service and filter spam. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its handling of this information. This page adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

The required checkbox requests a conversation about your personal brand. It is not a newsletter subscription or permission for unrelated marketing. Form acceptance does not mean an email has been delivered or read.

MakeHouse has not set a fixed automatic deletion period for these enquiries. Contact MakeHouse to ask about your details, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your follow-up request. Use MakeHouse on WhatsApp; this link opens WhatsApp only when you choose it.

Downloading your report saves a copy on your device without the contact fields. If you copy an enquiry draft, it includes your contact details, goal and pace; you decide what to do with that copy.
